We arrived at the Dollar Tree at 105 Louisburg Road Raleigh North Carolina 20 minutes prior to closing which was 8 p.m. eastern time on a Sunday April 8th 2018. We knocked on the window had several other customers out here as well waiting to go in wondering why the door was locked so customers inside but they refused to open the door for us when they did open the door to let out a customer they told us that they close early because one of the cashiers wasn't feeling well and they were allowed to do that, we very calmly explained to them that they were not allowed to do that they weren't supposed to close the store till 8 they slammed the door in our face and locked it back very disappointed and very upset does not even begin to cover how all of us feel right now!sadly this is a brand new store and this was very unprofessional.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Location: 8440 Louisburg Rd Ste 105, Raleigh, NC 27616, USA

Actually there is no law that states they MUST let you in. There is no law that prevents them from closing early.

Do you have a boss? If so what are the repercussions of not doing as your boss tells you? Thatโ€™s right, you lose your job. So respectful or not you are wrong.

Thier regional/district manager told them to close early. Yes a bit frustrating but NOT ILLEGAL!! It always amazes me at what you people think are laws.

Debit is the same as cash, employees are whipping posts, they MUST be open at the time a website says not whatโ€™s posted on the door. Itโ€™s like you intentionally misinterpret any situation that is self entitled thinking and turn it into a law.

They can do exactly as they please whenever they choose to do so ; politely stated or not, you are absolutely incorrect to assert that "they weren't allowed to do that"... there are no laws against closing early or never opening the place again ; maybe you should have gone in and caught whatever felled the cashier for whom you have no sympathy or regard.
