Refusal of service

Went to the dollar tree manager and associate was very rude the manager called me a *** because I asked him to come the associate out we stood in line for 15 minutes and he still would not come out and help he told me to get the *** out the store in front of 3 my kids.

I would like the manager fired

Only part of my order was refunded. The manager at the Chiefland, FL store was AMAZING. It took her forever to get to a person that could get the refund process going.

I have only received a partial refund. One of the products was refunded. The other has not been refunded yet.

My online order was canceled and no email stating that my order was canceled I have been waiting a month plus my money was not refund my order was canceled due to out of stock I have to call customer service for someone to rudely tell me out the status of my order she was very ugly in her tone of voice

There are clearly signs saying seasonal items cannot be returned after the event. Learn how to read.

if you cannot take a parent shopping with you.

Seems like you only borrowed the items for Christmas and wanted to return them when Christmas was over. Probably planned this.

Could not bring bottles back for deposit

Always buy the water bottles in the blue bottle. They charge 5 cent deposit. When i came in, i told the young lady on register 2. I put them by her register and she made a face. I bought some things and went to register #1. That cashier proceed to tell me they done take them back. She had asked the girl on reg 2 n was told not to take them back. Had no problem bringing them back before. It was the store on forest ave store #3544

User's recommendation: Check before buying anything that has deposit on it.

Major delay in package of one item.We are tax exempt and were charged tax

I placed an order at the end of November and a portion was received 12/5 and the remainder except one box was received 12/12. The last package was just delivered 12/17. This was too late for the 300+ gift bags that I filled and just delivered. I was not able to include the tissues.

Complaint on store

I was in my local Dollar Tree early last week and everything was $1.00 per item. Yesterday, I was in the store and when I checked out, I was told items were now $1.25 each. No advance warning was given last week. No signs announcing the price increase were posted. Sandy from Texas

Store Closed - no notice

Today I went to visit dollar tree at 14615 w maple in Omaha, NE. Their doors had handwritten signage stating they are open 9 am to 6 pm, but their doors were both locked. I'd accept this if it were the first time this has happened in recent months, but it is not!! Why are there not signs advising store closing due to shortage of staff or something over the phone so that customers don't waste their time coming to your location. This pandemic has been a thing for a while now so either pay more dollar tree so that you can keep your staff or actually hire people that want to work - they do exist.

I want to know why this store keeps closing without notice. I also want to know why your cs rep that answers calls at 800 number just transfers calls. she will not answer a single question. she was working today 11/30/2021. she is horrid.

Closed store early before closing
