Dollar Tree Stores - To cancel an online order
I ordered something online I paid for it it wouldn't let me change the store location for order drop off where it was going was too far for me to drive almost 10 hours from where I lived nobody wouldn't cancel it until I got the email that it's being shipped I did not understand why a store could not change an address on an order drop off location that's why I'm canceling

I placed an order to be sent to my store. It was canceled. I called to find out what I could do. I was advised to just reorder. I hope this works!

Charged twice for my items

I bought some stuff at Dollar Tree and paid with a credit card. The cashier told me my card was "declined", and that I needed to run it through again. When I got home I noticed that my credit card website showed duplicate charges for the exact same amount and 1 minute apart. Is Dollar Tree intentionally running a duplicate charge scam? If not, there is a problem with the register or software - - it should not be possible to process 2 payments for the same transaction less than 1 minute apart.

User's recommendation: Never run your credit card through the reader twice.

Get over yourself. Wow, the price went up a whole 25 cents so go rant about how you are too cheap to buy stuff for $1.25 instead of a dollar. Go somewhere else then and buy the same products for $2-$3 more.

Broken plates

when my order was delivered 2 of the plates were smashed, I tried to contact customer service and was not able to speak to anyone, when I tried to call the store directly they acted as if they couldn't hear me and hung up on me several times. Terrible customer service.

Several of the bottles , 4 of them did not have the rubber topper that allows the bottles to close. The box had a big hole on top when delivered.

Rude cashier

This cashier had the audacity to ask me if I was stealing because I had two separate transactions. Such very rude customer service! Dollar tree in forest hill

Order cancelled and my money was not returned

Hello Orderer 24 charger plates online on Nov 12 2021. Received an email 3 weeks later saying they could not fulfill the order for lack of inventory. But the money was taken out of my account and until today my money has not been returned back to my bank account. I want my money back please. Order # EC39461****

Faulty product

Dollar Tree Stores - Faulty product
I purchased a box of disposable shoe covers. They are good for keeping your shoes covered while painting. However, when I opened the box, I found only 2 shoe covers and a box of fragments of the same material that the shoe covers are made of, but just fragments as if someone had torn them into pieces. I realize the product only cost a $1, but the box indicates that it contains 12 pairs of shoe covers. I only got 1 pair of shoe covers. What is wrong here?

User's recommendation: Be aware before you buy the box. Open it to verify that you are getting 12 pairs and not 12 pieces of scraps.
