So far nothing has been done about this issue from corporate. They can't say they were not aware because I have sent several emails to them.

There is a phone conference on the 13th of December with the EEOC, SEC, ASSOCIATE CONNECTION, LABOR UNION and someone from corporate. I'm not sure if Mr Fisher will be included with this meeting. I'm praying for a positive outcome. I don't want anyone to get in trouble for speaking on my behalf but there is management and associate wanting me to come back to work.

I'm afraid Mr Fisher will cut their hours or find an excuse to terminate them.

I have help out at the store because it's in bad shape. I had to stop though so they won't get in trouble.

Also, it would be nice if Mr Sasser or Mr Philbin would for once address this issue.

It's so sad because I used to love this store but it seems every time we get new management, they're worse than the last one. The most recent one, Carmen, can be good when she wants to but she isn't fair and she doesn't fight for her employees to have more hours or work conditions.

Other than that, she pretty good. And the DM Jonathan, words can't describe his behavior and the ones that do come to mind, I can't say.

For quite awhile your assistant manager Toni Fiero has yelled at me, told me to get out of the store, rolls her eyes every single time I come in and she does this in front of the customers. I'm so tired of her attitude. None of the cashiers want to call her for back up because she gets an attitude and pounds her numbers in on her register. She barely moves so she doesn't have to do any work. She is not qualified to be assistant manager. The only reason she got the position is because the previous manager let her have it to keep her out of the way while she loaded up your merchandise into her boyfriends truck. I don't know why she acts like this towards me but I have had just about enough of her stupidness. She is way too old to be acting disrespectful. I would appeciate it if you could have the store manager have a talk with her because the district manager isn't going to do anything either. You need to see how the DM has the store. It's trashed. Every store he oversees is trashed. He's more worried about shaving hours than the condition of the store. I know a customer has called code enforcement because of the condition the store is in and you have Toni and Jonathan to thank for that.

It is harasssment an this store made me so angry that I got into an argument with my frail grandmother and beat her up. I busted her jaw and she needed stitches.

As stated I am 59 years old. My grandmother is 96 and this incident made me so angry that I beat her up.

Ordered product not delivered

placed and ordered with dollar tree november 19 said they would send me an email when my ordered shipped.took the money out of my account that same day. i tried to track my purchase today said no order found. tried to call customer service several times no answer just put on hold. if i dont recieve product i want my money back have proof it was taken out. i do not understand why they say no record found. would like to talk to someone and get this resolved. i have been a loyal customer when dollar tree and would like to continue

I was physically and verbally assaulted by an employee

I was shopping at dollar tree and one of their employees was being very rude. I then went to try and talk to the manager and the employee slapped my hand then shoved her finger in my face repeatedly calling me the b word. She then took my paid four items out of my cart as well as my purse and set them by the door which I didnt know where she put them at first she was out of control

Overcharged

I was overcharged and wouldn't get my refund even after they saw I was right. I have my reciept to prove it. And still the manager said she couldn't issue the refund till corporate reviews and that most likely to just forget about because nothing 8s going to happen and it's not the first time it happened. Even the clerk was asking why the machine was telling her to return the amount overcharged they told her it was fine. I asked to speak to manager she said her register was coming out right. Mixed messages. Please teach your girls how to properly charge. 3 to 5 dollars may not seem alot in one transaction but it surely adds in a year. And I'm on my 6th or 7th time. Ps. Tried adding my reciept and I can't up load

User's recommendation: Allow someone in store to refund immediately for overcharged items. Especially when when the customer is saying your overcharging me and the lady charging figures it. Employees need more training before having them work at the registars.

Poor service

I arrived fifteen minutes prior to store close to grab an item needed for my son that he needed badly. As I arrived, two people were allowed in. I parked and walked up to the locked doors along with two other customers. The manager, michelle, refused to let us in and gave zero logical reasoning for why and was increasingly rude and belligerent with us. It was disgusting and upsetting and wasted everyones time.

Broken Product

Dollar Tree Stores - Broken Product
I had ordered 2 cases of plates. 1 case that has 12 in it are broken. Original order date was November 21st. It came about three days early. But I have 1 complete case broken. NO stores carry it. Only online does.

Store Closed - no notice

Today I went to visit dollar tree at 14615 w maple in Omaha, NE. Their doors had handwritten signage stating they are open 9 am to 6 pm, but their doors were both locked. I'd accept this if it were the first time this has happened in recent months, but it is not!! Why are there not signs advising store closing due to shortage of staff or something over the phone so that customers don't waste their time coming to your location. This pandemic has been a thing for a while now so either pay more dollar tree so that you can keep your staff or actually hire people that want to work - they do exist.

Faulty product

Dollar Tree Stores - Faulty product
I purchased a box of disposable shoe covers. They are good for keeping your shoes covered while painting. However, when I opened the box, I found only 2 shoe covers and a box of fragments of the same material that the shoe covers are made of, but just fragments as if someone had torn them into pieces. I realize the product only cost a $1, but the box indicates that it contains 12 pairs of shoe covers. I only got 1 pair of shoe covers. What is wrong here?

User's recommendation: Be aware before you buy the box. Open it to verify that you are getting 12 pairs and not 12 pieces of scraps.
