I shop at store 4504 regularly and was very disappointed when there was only one cashier on the register and she was doing her job trying to get line down.I called the manager working in the aisle putting up stock that the cashier needed help but she never came up.

I must say that the cashier up there did a great job on moving the customers out as fast as she could finally after the cashier could she call someone up to help the lines were down quite a bit.

I don't understand that if you are part of management that every now and than you can take a look up front to see if there are any problems.I know that they have a lot to do but she was working with another stock person.

It is the responsibility of the Dollar Tree Manager to assist the cashier if that cashier needs back-up.It's called customer service.

That is a very rude comment to think that the manager is not allowed to get on the register and assist when that is their job. It not all about just putting out the stock.

If there is 3 or more people in line there is to be requested back-up.Thank You

Managers are not allowed to get on register themselves. So they were not being rude they were doing their job ***
