The store manager is so rude and very impatient to customers and employees. I am a regular 2 or 3 day a week shopper.

I witness her shortness and rudeness on nearly every shopping trip. So it's not her just having a bad day! It's because that's how she is. She has been that way to me and I just gave it back to her.

And asked her how she felt about being treated that way. She all of a sudden became speechless. I have made complaints via the survey on the receipt but upper management could care less as nothing has changed! She needs an attitude alignment.

Upper Mgt needs to reacess her employment with what is otherwise a great store. I don't have to shop there I just happen to donate to various charities and like to be able to give as much as possible.

Product or Service Mentioned: Dollar Tree Stores Manager.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Make her reverse roles with a customer and more importantly her employees.

I liked: Inexpensive goods.

I didn't like: Rude manager, I did not receive good service in their store.
