I was shopping in Dollar Tree in Junction City Ks. The other day when I noticed a lady that was working there in short shorts & a tank top.

I believe her name was Christy.

I thought that they have a dress code like green polo shirt & long pants color of black or tan. Her wearing shorts & tank top is not in the dress code any where that I have been in. I really don't think that is the dress code for her to wear in a work place.

Every time I have gone there I see other employee's in there green polo shirts & tan or black pants.

I also asked to help me find something & she told me that she was to busy to help me to go ask someone else.

I just think that she (Christy) is very rude & disrespectful towards me & other people in the store..

I would like to see something done about her or I just will QUIT shopping in that store, I shop there in Junction City Kansas all the time, But I will drive to Salina or even to Manhattan to do my shopping if I have to just to get the respect that I deserve from Dollar Tree employee's.

I would like to shop there but not if they are going to keep letting her wear what she want to, to work & doing NOTHING ABOUT IT....

Reason of review: DRESS CODE.

Preferred solution: CHANGES.

Location: 611 E Chestnut St, Junction City, KS 66441, USA

That sounds like a catchy name for a R&B song or R&B album : "Dess Code & Respect".

We used to have a casual contest. The best employee got to wear regular comfy clothes instead of our uniform.

Anonymous. Seriously.

You are complaining about what an employee is wearing. You are shopping at a dollar store.

You are lucky or find a employee on the floor. Try looking around the store you regularly shop in to find your item

So you think that it is funny? Clearly you have serious issues!

Some people like dressing like slobs. Complain to the manager. We, here can do little to nothing about that store's personnel problems or dress code but the manager can.

If that story or post is even true. Is that person even sure that person she is talking about, is even a Dollar Store employee?

Some people like to either exaggerate or stretch the truths. Not all customers dress appropriately either, so who can the employees complain to when the customers come in dirty, smelly, unbathed, with to tight or small clothes on?

pretty sure nobody needs you to tell them onto how they should or shouldn't dress. Nobody asked you for your advice or permission.

Many of the homeless appear to be slobs but they simply are unable to keep themselves clean looking because they are constantly out in the filth of the street. And the goofy looking ill fitting clothes in strange styles and colors that they get for free or from thrift stores makes them look like a bunch of clowns.
