Complaint about a rude cashier

On August 10th 2021.I purchased $60.00 dollars worth of merchandise and also Retrieved $20.00 cash back. Upon making my purchased the cashier by the name of Cheryl Griffin employed at store 1079 here in Hagerstown Maryland. Was very rude while giving service to me not only did she have a problem with me purchasing the flowers but proceeded to day they were messing up her register but said were ugly. She then quoted while I asked for the cash back that she needed to place a sign there to inform the customer they need to let her know in advance when they would like to get cash back from a purchase because they do not have enough in the cash register to begin in the start of her shift.

Today I stood in line at the dollar tree on River Road in St. George Utah.

The store was not only disgusting and stuff was all over the floor such as toys and spills, The staff was absolutely unapproachable. Once I gathered the items I intended to buy, an EMPLOYEE Of yours had the audacity to tell me to keep my kid quiet because she had a headache. My son is an infant, infants cry. How embarrassing to have her tell me that in front of a long line of people.

Clearly as a mother I was trying my best to keep him calm and collective, but babies are babies. You dont go out of your way to tell somebody to quiet their baby. Everyone in line felt really bad for me so bad that a lady in front of me offered to pay for my items. Thats also embarrassing considering I was trying my best.

It was kind of the strangers who were paying for me. This incident will not go unnoticed. There were two employees that I could see, Kim who was checking me out and the other employee who was so rude to tell me to calm my baby.

I wish I had gotten her name. I will never be shopping there again because of that individual employee of yours.

User's recommendation: Don’t ever tell somebody how to mother their children. Clean up the messes, put caution cones for wet floor so nobody slips and there is a lawsuit. Sick better employees.

I am sure all the other customers that had to hear your crying babies are glad you won't be back. While babies are babies, the parent's job is to calm them down.

If they cannot they should leave the store.

Maybe if you knew how to parent someone would not need to give you lessons. You are rude for having everyone put up with your crying babies.

Rude Sales Associate

On 7/02/21 Friday @ 14:22 I was at Store# 1979 ( **** Kirchhoff Road, Rolling Meadows Illinois 60008-****). The sales associate (Margarita) was very rude/unprofessional. Upon reaching the cash counter, I said “HI”but she ignored and after buying the stuff and paying my bill I said Thank you and again she didn't care. That's when I repeated Thank you a little louder, to which she looked at me and I asked: Don't you have minimum courtesy to say: Thanks? and I repeatedly reminded her that I wished twice but you never replied and I just said “thank you” and you ignored again. She bluntly started arguing by saying; "If you can't hear it is not my problem!" I am so offended and the result, writing this complaint. The store in-charge can give her a little more training on customer service aspect. Please, select good staff if you are looking to increase your sale and keep running the business. Fraud

I went to make a purchase at Dollar Tree, which was 2 things only. I swiped my card once and the cashier said it declined and so I swiped a second time. Later after leaving the store I noticed two charges. One of them was actually my purchase and the other was for about 13 dollars. The store has been giving me the run around and saying that they can't do anything about it. This is absurd and I would like my money back.

My visit to the dollar store was terrible. I entered the store to pick up a few items that I needed.

One of the aisles was half blocked off so I moved to boxes on a swivel dolly to the side, so I could get the items that I needed. Out of nowhere this employee shouted I was stocking that aisle that's why I blocked it out. I replied someone must did not want to come to work today. I told her usually when you are stalking the aisle you allow space so customers can come down there.

She said no I am stalking the entire aisle. she said if I had a problem with her I need to take it up with her manager. She blocked off the isle &;;;;;;;amp; starting cursing out loud. I was on the next isle over continuing to shop.

She had a attitude and was very unprofessional. More customers tried to come down the aisle & moved the display of boxes also. She got pissed off and went to the back feel cursing & swearing. I went to the front and asked for the manager.

The the same employee that I was speaking with before was at the front. She said I am the manager, so I asked to speak with her manager. She told me that her manager was off today. I asked when would her manager be in and she said tomorrow.

This lady really needs to appreciate even having a job in the pandemic.

There's no reason whatsoever you should speak to a customer in the manner that she did. I will call the store and follow up with the manager.

You talk about her being unprofessional. It was unprofessional of you to tell her she was not wanting in to work and your telling her how to do her job. But neither her or your mother taught you manners.

Went into the store on Saturday, June 22, 2020, and I was in the store for about 30 minutes. The manager was blowing up 10 or more ballon floral as I entered. I'd left work went straight there in about 20 minutes After I picked items and my friend's birthday card stood in line as 13th person, then the line grew to 15+. Mgr. went into the office at 13 person line and left Assistant Mgr. as the only clerk as I asked for help. I left without purchasing.

I got charged two conceutive times on my debit card my bank emailed me of this. The customer # on statement shows the charge one right after the other Went to store in battleground washington and was told I had to call the office and I would get help they do not do that kind of credit at store. Took over an hour of hunting and getting sent back to home and instructions to do this. Have# but was sent all over still trying to get my money back on account if I can get hold of someone how many customers have given up. I'm not about to give up

I watched a lady pick up trash in the parking lot because it was nasty. Instead of the manager coming out and thanking her, he decided to come out of the store and get smart with her about it. She let him know she couldve taken care of her own business, which is down the street and clean, by the way, but this is her community and it shouldnt look like this. He went back inside the store. Finally he came back out and thanked her for picking up the trash. But the rest of the grounds looks like this. If he doesnt care about our neighborhood why is he there?
