I purchased items with my cash app card and it said declined but when I got home it took the 25$ off and plus I ask for cash back and came up to 76.63 but I didn't get anything and the manager talking about they had to talk to someone

Rudest manger and cashiers

I really like your stores they are wonderful ive been to many of them. On this day and many others your cashiers and management have to be the worst ive ever seen and talked with! One of your manager named luie / luis is horrible i havent seen him in a little while ive seen new people. The overall feelung of the store is bad it seems like no one wants to work there they are allways yelling at customers talking rude instead of trying to work out tge issue. I really think you need to get rid of all those employees and really take the time and rehire people who want to work! There really is so many people who would love to have a job! I would never want anyone to loose there job but those employees do not deserve working with the public. I have brought this issue afew times before its seem its all falling on deaf ears!! Thank you please address these concerns. Im not the only one

Hostile employee and manager

Today, 6/28/20 I shopped at the Dollar Tree located at 7142 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78216. At approximately 4:05 pm I entered Dulce's check out lane and without provocation she blurted out, "You can't get cash back!" I informed her that I had no intention of requesting cash back. To which she responded, "I'm just saying!' To which I responded, "I didn't request cash back." She then smacked her lips, said something under her breath, and said, "whatever!" When she was done with my transaction, I asked for my receipt. She said that I (yours truly) indicated that I didn't want my receipt. In reality, she (Dulce) reached around to the keypad and indicated that I didn't want my receipt! She then said she had to call the manager to get my receipt and would do so when she finished with her other customers When the manager, Veronica, arrived Dulce told her that I indicated that I didn't want my receipt. That was a lie! I approached Veronica as she arrived and began to ask her a question but she walked right past me saying that she would talk to me when she returned from the office! When she came out she proceeded to tell me in a nasty tone that she would get my receipt when Dulce finished with the other customer. I'm not sure why they both were in nasty, combative, and hostile moods. As such, I didn't feel valued as a customer. I felt attacked and humiliated! Please view video footage to confirm my account of this incident. Since their attacks were unprovoked, one can only assume that they were being hostile toward me because I am an African-American! They were very unprofessional and disrespectful. I am hopeful that Dollar Tree does not condone such behavior by their employees. Dollar tree has not made an official statement on the matter of race recently (to my knowledge). Coupled with the blatant behavior your employees displayed, causes me to want to know if DT indeed condoned such behavior. Please let me know where DT stands on this matter so that I may find other places to shop and proceed accordingly.

Associates not wearing face masks in a state where it is mandatory

I just tried to call and was routed to the order line, not the customer service line. The incident happen 30 minutes ago at the dollar tree store in Indian trail NC off highway 74. Both associates at the register, dolly and brook were not wearing face masks and to make matters worse when I walked up to the register brook was telling a masked customer that she refused to wear one. I will not be visiting your store again until I am assured your associates are following the law as we are required to.Do

Allowing customers in store without mask

TODAY ,I WAS SHOPPING IN TWO OF YOUR STORES IN VA. POQOSON/GRATON AND CUSTOMERS WERE ALLOWED IN THE STORES WITHOUT MASKS. YOUR EMPLOYEES DID NOT ADDRESS THESE SITUATIONS, BUT THERE IS SIGN ON DOOR THAT SAYS":NO ONE AllOW IN STORE WITHOUT MASK". MY QUESTION /CONCERN IS WHY YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT FOLLOWING THIS DIRECTIONS. THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE AFRAID TO SAY SOMETHING TO THESE CUSTOMERS. YOUR STORE IS SOURCE TO SPREADING THIS VIRUS. OUR GOVERNOR HAS MANDATED THAT IN ALL PUBLIC AREAS MASKS HAVE TO BE WORN. PLEASE HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND WHY THESE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT FOLLOWED BY YOUR EMOPLOYEES,WHEN THERE IS SIGN ON DOOR.

Horrible Service

IfI was told after waiting in line for 40 min outside and then 20 min inside that they are not taking exchanges now even though my receipt says they will gladly accept exchanges. I emailed customer service and they got back to me with a number to call that doesn't even ring.877-530-tree I called customer service and was on hold for an hour. During the time on hold I was transferred 3 times to a mailbox that was full

Flagrant disregard of county policies

Visited store at 11252 Park Blvd in Seminole Fla. Today. No employee was wearing a mask or using social distance...the response given me bythe manager was it doesn't go into effect til 5 pm today....what the heck is wrong with that idiot....many older folks have health issues, do you not care about the elderly??? I have been a long time patron of your company, but since this happened today, it has me wondering...

Great cashier

I have been a loyal customer at DT for many years, your cashier Shela at your Pantego Tx . store is a pleasant lady. She can handle a line full of customers to the fullest. She's fast and friendly. As I was standing in line, a lot of customers were complaining and getting upset due to not having another cashier. Even tho, everyone was being rude, she never once stopped smiling. She never lost her cool. She simply apologized to everyone as she continued to check them out. Your management needs to recognize how fortunate they are to have such a great cashier working for them.

Closing before business hours

I was only coming there for one item. At 8:47pm I pulled up to dollar tree on 1238 uvalde road. Once Miss Naomi seen me pull up she powered walked to the door to lock it. I walked up to the door and ask her are you closed already. She said yes and I said I only need one item. She said no we are closed i Responded back saying its not even 9 oclock yet. She said oh sorry we closed. When I was driving back the window they were funny and waving and making fun of the situation. So I started taking pictures. They also have a customer in there taking pictures of me. After she had just finished checking out. The cashier had the customer waving and Patronizing Me. Naomi has her back turned towards me. My whole point of the story is that when Naomi seen me pull up she ran to lock the door at 8:48pm.

So the managing team know what is going on

Hi I went to your store in Carbondale Co today and there was a sign at the door saying we had to wear masks to go in the town put in that rule I think which I don't have a problem with my issue was if it is mandatory for customer to wear masks shouldn't the employees have to wear them too there were 3 lady employees that had the mask under there chins mouths and noses where exposed sorry but it really annoyed me every one shopping there had masks but the people who work there didn't it doesn't make sense to me thank you

About your store

I go to the Dollar Tree in West Islip on Union Boulevard all the time I think it's a disgrace that you do not have the air conditioner on I die in that store as do your workers this is not fair I would be calling the Department of Labor if I work there I can't even shop there anymore sweating you only have one cashier in a thousand people waiting on line sometimes you open a second line but it's not okay that there is no air on in the store you have a lot of old people that shop in there and they are dying standing online
