I received the box of white roses, and they were not what I thought. I bought some blue roses at my local store and couldn't find the anymore to complete my centerpieces, so I ordered these white ones, and they are not the same shape, and the box came damaged to my house.

Having a big prob with customer services not wanting to refund and take back. I was told I could return on Saturday 6/17 by a rep and did what she said by taking to local store, and they wouldn't take back, and customer service was on the phone with me at that for 45 min trying to get this settled, & they never got back on the line after talking with store manager they just transferred me to the recorded survey line.

While waiting in line your cashier had a T-shirt on that was too small for her. It didn't cover her stomach.(she was overweight). I saw her bare stomach hanging over her pants. That was disgusting to look at. It was sloppy, unprofessional, and not neatly dressed in appearance. I thought there was dollar tree shirts your employees wore. Doesn't management check out their employees before they punch in.

Complaining about Manager in Hubbard store

I went into Dollar Tree because a sign said open interview so the guys name was Tom He was manager there . The first thing he asked me if I knew how to run cash register and I told him no.

So he told me he would not hire me. I said I would learn. That is not true. The other Dollar trees said they would train you.

I Think he did not hire me because of my age or the way I looked He was not the nicest person to have a conversation with. some needs to do something about this matter. I hope you return a phone call because I like shopping at Dollar Tree.

The sign says you are open til 9:00. At 8:40 an announcement was made that the store would close in 10 minutes. I took my purchases to the front or the cashier was *** about people coming in and start time we close in five minutes. At that time it was 8:45 PM. He said he was not going to check him out. He said that in front of everybody in line. I left the building at 8:50, the manager on duty lock the front door. If this was my business I would certainly want to know that.

stumbled 2 times almost fell on my face. I'm 65. Also disabled.. Oct 18 again I stumbled over broken tile cut my toe an was bleedIng all over my shoe cashier says can I get u a bandaid.. please. Totally unacceptable for customers to be subject to such hazard. The manager told me she complained many times an nothing is ever done. . My problem is that I'm on eliquis...blood thinners ..now that becomes ur problem. Do not have protocol for injuries. "Are u ok" ?."I'm so sorry". Really simple.

Are you all going to open family dallor on courtright rd

You have a lot of people woundering if you all going to open family dallor back up again as that happens to the store in June and now it is October and you all haven't got a door for the store. You all are losing business actually me cuz I am handicapped and I go in my wheelchair down there from that family Dollar is the only clothes family Dollar store to me but I can go to and not have to worry about anything so you all need to let people know if you going to open that store on courtright road or you going to keep it closed but you need to put something on TV about that store cuz people's wondering like I said that incident with that car running through your door happening June and this is October so I don't know what's keeping y'all so long and getting the door done but y'all need to let people like me know if you're going to open that door back up or not because it's inconvenient for me to go to other family Dollar store and a wheelchair so I just want to know if y'all going to open up family Dollar store again or you going to keep it close permanently you guys got so much stinking bad smelling food and I know there is and stuff out gated meat and milk and stuff but I wish I would be kind enough to let us know in Columbus Ohio if you guys are going to open your store back up in on Court road in Columbus Ohio

I went to the store on 59th and Ames in Omaha Friday the 25th. I have never heard such offensive language from employees in my life! This was 2 female employees talking to each other without regard for customers. The f bomb was dropped so many times till I had to leave that area. The employees knew they weren't alone but didn't seem to care. The environment should be professional and employees shouldn't act like they're in the privacy of their home or car. Please speak to your employees about professionalism and customer care.

Cashiers

In the last few weeks I have visited 2 different dollar tree locations in the Dallas/Ft Worth area and the cashiers did not greet me nor did they thank me for shopping there. They just scanned my items and handed me my receipt. The cashier today even asked me to put my carry basket back! I like shopping here because of the items that I can get there but I do have choices in places to go. I dont know if they need additional training. One cashier was even on her phone while checking people out on another register.

Rude cashier, combative, non uniform supposably clerk

Family dollar 4411 NW 10,OKC,OK. Today, me & my son went in to purchase 3 items Styrofoam ice chest, water, Powerade.

Went to register no cashier bell sitting there I rang it still no clerk and waited and waited still no clerk I could hear her laughing and talking way in West back area. Everyone has some where to be and things to do and still no clerk then rang bell again I guess she heard that and a Hispanic woman stopped her said something to her and the tacky/ sloppy looking clerk in a faded red shirt hair not combed started walking up front then said no I'm not going up there I'm taking my time then took a 2nd thought came towards front and she was already combative rude i guess the bell up front was not meant to be rung if there is no cashier there? This clerk said NO IM NOT WAITING ON OUR I REFUSE TO GIVE OUR SERVICE me and my son said what she said OUR CAN LEAVE WE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING TO HER OR ANYTHING WE JUST WANTED TO PAY FOR OUR 3 ITEMS AND SHE SAID NO LEAVE AS WE WERE LEAVING MY SON TOOK A PICTURE OF HER AND ANOTHER CLERK HAIF TIED UP IN Scarf CAUSE SHE TOO LAZY TO COMB IT LOOKED AT US AND SHE DIDN'T HAVE ANY IDENTIFICATION LIKE UNIFORM SHE WORKED THERE BOTH SLOPPY LOOKING.

SO WE LEFT AND WAS REFUSED SERVICE I GUESS WHEN I RANG THAT BELL I MUST HAVE INTERRUPTED MAYBE THEY WERE SMOKING CRACK IN BACK ROOM?

HOW YOU GONNA COME AT CUSTOMERS 200% ANGRY, MAD COMBATIVE RUDE IN A Split SECOND. WE WERE JUST THERE 2 GET 3 Items AND SHE WAS SO PISSED OFF AT US FOR RINGING HER BELL IT WAS NOT CONTINUOUS IT WAS TAP HER AND THERE AND NO ONE CAME UNTIL SHE FINALLY PUT DOWN HER CRACK Pipe/ She refused us service AND CAME OUT.
