This is about the store on Parker and customer in Plano Tx VERY RUDE ! Store Manager

I have never seen a Manger so RUDE! I was in your store at 8:36 i hear the manager one black male yelling at a lady with her mother and a small child telling her to get out of his store . I think he locked him self out of his office he had a ladder climbing over the office wall. He has NO RESPECT for your customers. .As i was checking out i saw his BAD ATTITUDE she took out her phone and was recorded him. I in this store at least once a day your employees are so nice and polite .Not this man he needs to go! If your NASTY to your customers you will lose your customers.

Complaint employees

Cashier walked Away from her register as a manager at the cal park location Chicago Illinois. Leaving leaving customers stranded me and my 73-year-old grandmother stayed there for like five minutes but they continue to argue. So the manager with the blue and green hair call someone else up then she decided to argue with customers so we just left Im sure you guys have cameras look at your employees Wednesday April 22 around 10:30 AM on your cameras if possible youll see the clown his behavior. This is not the first time I seen your employees act up like this your other cashier older lady African-American red hair always has a nasty attitude. Ill relocate stores cant take it anymore .

Unprofessional employee

Today I shopped at dollar tree on Grafton st Worcester, Ma an employee came out of the stock room with a case of toilet paper I thought she was putting it out. But she didn't she bought the whole case with everything going on today I found this to be very unprofessional

I got a tree pretty bad at the dollar store and Snohomish she didnt wear her mask and she raised her hand with five of the soap in her hand saying because shes fine I dont feel comfortable and shes not wearing her mask she supposed to and were still in phase 1 not phase 2 we are getting charge for the bags that shouldnt happen

False Advertising

They advertise "senior only" hours 8am-9am yet the stores have not been cleaned and the stock is in sight in the store room but the employees say they have to wait for the guys to get there to put it out! So why are they advertising "senior hours?"

Went into store #3825 for C batteries. There was this little bell on the counter with a note on paper towel to ring for assistance. The music was playing loud. After waiting 10+ minutes there was still no cashier. When other customers lined up and were asking where cashier was nobody knew. I found the manager Sigourney (black woman) in the back of the store by the frozen foods on her phone talking and laughing about people needing help. I did tell her I been waiting for overy 10 minutes to which she stated that it wasn't her problem that a cashier was upfront. She then held up her hands and said she didn't want to hear my complaints. When she gave back my change she threw it at me. Told me that she was tired of drunk Indians coming into the store at night. I don't drink!

The clerks at the store, knowing I am elderly and with asthma and having to walk to the store have made sure to ask me if I have any unmet shopping needs, and have offered in numerous ways to help me get what items I need that might be in short supply. These guys are angels.

Problem in store

Okay I went into your store to see if you guys had any Mass I'm standing in line and there is three customers ahead of me one pays with a card to other pay with cash not once did your clerk sanitize her hands or wash them she didn't have gloves on and no mask and then when she got to me I asked her where her gloves or masks were to you know protect yourself and also the community you know everybody's got to do their part your manager came up and said that it was Dollar Trees fault that she did not have these things personally with an epidemic going on I have gloves and I have a mask thank goodness and I really feel that she should have had a mask but your manager nor your cashier seem to have given a care and that makes a customer feel like they're not cared for When shopping in your store

Store manager acting inappropriately

Store manager on Rosewood Dr Columbia SC found something in a cooler that apparently wasnt supposed to be there and threw it across the store. It appeared to be some sort of gray colored jar. The jar barely missed hitting me. I looked at the jar and then looked at him. He said, I do what I want to. I asked the cashier if that was the manager, she said yes. Told her I was never coming back in here because he was clearly unprofessional.

Complaint on employees

A female employee followed me through the store. Even before I started getting my stuff she was following me.every aisle very closely. No 6 ft distance. She was acting like I was a thief. I asked her more than once to leave me alone and stop following me. I go in that store several times a week.but I can assure you I won't be back due to this.

Received a leaking package from them in mail

Ordered case of hand sanitizer- 24 bottles . Only received 17 bottles thrown into large plastic bag and knotted shut and then put in box. Four of them leaked- one whole bottle leaked , 2 leaked three quarters and one leaked half way. Bottom of box was halfway soaked with hand sanitizer- was messy and smelly . Very disappointed! Didn't receive full amount I ordered and lost use of four bottles( or most of four bottles). Packed very poorly!!

Closed store early before closing

Your store in Tamaqua pa closed at 9 pm and while in your store the associate there turned 8 to 9 people away at 8:30 pm when the store dont close till 9 pm and also rushed me and my wife through check out and the whole time she stood at the door holding it shut so no customers can get in to me this is not proper customer Service plz contact me at 570-225-**** due to this is not the first time this has happened to me and others thank you

Closed store early before closing

I went to go buy a few products at one of the locations in Turlock Ca. I went to go inside & the store door was locked & the employees werent letting anyone in there was still 15 mins before the store was closing. Im a regular that shops there & I think its ridiculous that they did that. I was a manager at the family dollar store if we did that we would get written up & told not to close when its actual closing time.

Locale (listed in title/recommendation question). Date: 2/20/2020 Time: 8:45pm MST Issue: (2) #1) Store was closed 12 minutes before the time (9pm) listed on the website and the entrance door to that store. (Not the 1st time it's happened. This particular time it was in excess of 10 min) I needed to purchase ONE ITEM, yet was still denied entry into the store. #2) RUDE TESTOSTERONE LADEN ALPHA Male manager. Thus short Hispanic alpha male, with his filthy mouth has NO BUSINESS being in customer service. When I was at the prematurely locked door, he came to the door, told me to get the *** away from MY store, *** There was 2 young kids (approx 9-10 years old) with an adult who were checking out at the time. CORPORATE: Question for you: Is this the kind of representation you want for the business? Answer: Only if you want your business to HEMORRHAGE revenue! Lastly, that store is a MESS and they're CONSISTENTLY out of many basic products. It's in need of a major overhaul. The store in the worst neighborhood in town looks like Macy's or Nordstrom's compared to it!.
